This allows us to put together the optimum team of experts for each specific project and industry. In conjunction with its partners, KASEI covers the areas of technology, innovation, strategy, leadership, communication and marketing, organizational development and change management. We adopt an interdisciplinary mindset, foster a holistic perspective and share a passion for what we do. We offer consultancy in German, French and English.
Managing Director
Béatrice Merlach is Managing Director of Kasei GmbH. She studied economics, IT and innovation management at the University of Zurich and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston and is a Cand. Master of Executive Coaching.
She has over 20 years’ management experience in national and international companies, including 15 years as an executive board member and as managing director / CEO. Milestones in her professional career include leading positions at Swissair (network planning, marketing, sales, product management), at Zurich Financial Services (Head of Corporate Communications ZIS), executive management at Schweizer Radio SR DRS (Department Head of Communications + Marketing) and pioneer work and successful management in the field of digital media – as CEO of MCDT AG. Over the past 15 years, Béatrice Merlach has headed up several major change management projects. She is a lecturer at the Directors’ Academy of the ZfU Business School and a sought-after speaker and moderator.
